Infolettre de la Fin de semaine des courses Tamarack d'Ottawa
Current Issue: June 2013

We’ve crossed the finish line of another Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend. Arms have been raised. PBs toasted. Sore muscles massaged. It’s time to look forward. Almost. In this newsletter, we’ll list 2013 records, look at photo highlights, and talk to newly crowned Canadian Marathon champion Rob Watson. Then, if you still have the post-race blues, check out our Motivation article for how to look forward to your next event—maybe it’ll be at the Canada Day Road Races!

Note: The Pulse will be on summer holidays for July. We’ll see you back here in August in time to ramp up for fall marathon training!
